Coal coalification

The YBVF series shearer variable frequency adjustable speed device travel motor is primarily used to drive the shearer travel section. The motor incorporates the design and manufacturing technology, as well as the complete quality control system, of the world-renowned mining motor brand Morley. The manufacturing process strictly adheres to Morley’s supervision to ensure superior performance and reliable quality.

There are two series of three-phase asynchronous motors for high-voltage dust explosion-proof motors for coal mill, namely YFBKK series three-phase asynchronous motors for high-voltage box-type dust explosion-proof coal mill, and YFB series three-phase asynchronous motors for high-voltage cylindrical dust-explosion-proof coal mill. The above two series of motors are developed by combining the company's long-term production of high-volatge asynchronous dust explosion-proof motors and high-volatge asynchronous coal mill motor design concepts and many years of experience in the operation of the plant, and using new technology, new materials, new technology and have been verified reliable development. It has the features of novel design, compact structure, beautiful modelling, high starting performance, low noise, low vibration, high protection level, safe and reliable operation.

This motor drives the oil pumps of shearer, providing the necessary oil for lubrication and cooling, as well as for raising, maintaining, and lowering the arm. It is suitable for driving emulsion pumps, spray pumps, travel power pumps, and other motors with similar power requirements in underground coal mines.
